QUALITY CONTROL
 Intercon's Quality Control Department is equipped to conduct thorough inspection of all manufacturing processes. Procedures conform to MIL-I-45208A; gauges and inspection equipment are calibrated in accordance with MIL-STD-45662.
Non-destructive testing of welds and material integrity includes Magnetic Particle, Ultrasonic, and Dye Penetrant methods. Inspectors are qualified to SNT-TC-IA, Level II. Radiographic Inspection is also available at Intercon by means of portable equipment operated by an area testing laboratory.
Inspectors work closely with customer quality assurance representatives throughout the manufacturing cycle. Government and marine programs have established Intercon with DCAS, ABS, and Q.C. personnel with defense contractors.
